Maintaining musical excellence and community outreach support is expensive; your support is critical to our continued success.  Ticket sales cover less than half of the cost of concerts.  Our many supporters include concert sponsors, advertisers, volunteers and board members, in-kind and financial donors, those who purchase tickets and attend concerts, community and governmental organizations from whom we receive grant funding.

There are many ways in which you can support the Series - we sincerely hope you will consider making a tax-deductible donation, sponsoring a concert, or becoming a member of the HELIOS Legacy Society.  There is information below on how you can help support our wonderful programs of music and art.

Concert Sponsors receive special recognition including preferred concert seating, name recognition in the lobby on the day of concert, invitations to special PAS events, listing in monthly program inserts and online.  Concert sponsorships go directly toward performer's fees.  Sponsors choose the concert they wish to sponsor.

Corporate sponsors at the Silver level or above include a full page ad in the annual program book (sponsorships must be received prior to July 1st) and a complimentary website link.

Whole Note donors receive invitations to special PAS events.   Donors are recognized in monthly program inserts and online.  Donors can designate where they wish their donations to be used (i.e. outreach, receptions, piano rentals, performer fees, no designation).

Another Way to Support PAS

Matching Gifts Program, offered by many companies, will match employees or retirees gifts to PAS.  Please check with your human resource or benefits office to see if your gift qualifies for a corporate match.
