    David W. Cramer

After thirty years in the field of Psychology in Texas, David W. Cramer moved to New Mexico where he could take his photography to new levels. Now, as a professional scenic, wildlife, and nature photographer, he has participated in numerous galleries and juried art fairs throughout the state. In 2006, he won first place for Color Professional Photography at the Bosque del Apache Festival of the Cranes. Currently, his interests are the wild horses of New Mexico and a new series on the State’s Mission Churches. Cramer's work is produced with archival inks and paper, and framed to museum conservation quality standards.

You can view more of his images, including panoramas, on his web site or visit his studio by calling 771-0236. The Rockin' R Gallery in Placitas and Home at the Range in Bernalillo also carry his photographs and greeting cards. Cramer's work can also be viewed on the Placitas Artists web site.

Cramer says:
"I am a nature/fine art photographer, who currently works in an all digital medium. I focus primarily on the Southwest United States, with an emphasis on New Mexico. The goal of my photography is to record the interplay of culture, nature, and sunlight in natural and brilliant color. These four elements provide for an ever-changing challenge and opportunity. All of my prints are archival and framed to museum conservation level of quality."
